Kynoch has been a life-saver out here at Square 37 and 50. Incredibly professional, technically competent, and rapidly responsive in times of an urgent situation. Sometimes there was a lag on the report longer than desired but this is simply due to the business of Kynoch and how much business they have . . . it's a good problem to have. Perhaps shore up some admin tasks so inspectors can spend more time on reports turn-around more rapidly.
