Our Story

Our Phoenix office is currently staffed with over 10 individuals including Registered Professional Engineers and Registered Land Surveyors. Two survey party chiefs hold NICET certifications and two of our office administrators hold MBAs. CE Inc. Engineers and Land Surveyors use and are proficient on CAD, Eagle Point, Topcon GPS, TDS, and Micro-station.

CE Inc. Engineers are equipped with state of the art computer facilities and software to design, process, verify and confirm field data. Our staff is well trained in CAD and Civil Engineering software for the handling of Results of Survey, Base Maps, Legal Descriptions and Meets and Bounds or the Public Land Surveys system. Field equipment ranges from manually operated surveying equipment such as total stations, to Robotics and GPS systems. CE Inc. is confident and equipped to undertake any surveying challenge with high efficiency.

 

Surveying staff employed at CE Inc is experienced at all facets related to land surveying including Property Title Research, investigation of encumbrances, such as environmental contamination and all technical and legal matters to prevent future difficulties during design and construction stages. Result of survey drawings and a survey reports will be submitted to the client and design team as specified by the contract. Additionally, our staff is especially knowledgeable in easements and other legal issues connected to the issuance and maintenance of easement rights. We provide design teams with the field, technical and legal information necessary to complete projects on time and within budget.

 

CE Inc. is well aware of the insurance requirements and will have no problem providing the necessary documentation upon request. We assure that being awarded the Engineering and Construction Survey Services contract will not result in a conflict of interest with any of our current contractual agreements. Current capacity and personnel experience will allow our company to proceed without delay. Our commitment to excellence, high level of integrity, knowledge and experience in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying will ensure a professional approach to developing sound surveying recommendations.
