Scope Of Work

Located in beautiful North Rochester, Trailside Estates is a Premier 55+ development consisting of 60 custom crafted homes. Trailside Estates is an age-restricted residential community which was under Rochester’s Special Residential Development (SRD) bylaw. The project includes the permitting of a public drinking water supply well, a 9,990 gpd common septic system with advanced treatment, compliance with strict local stormwater regulations, wetland crossing, and a wetland replication design. This project utilizes Low Impact Design (LID) techniques such as raingardens to comply with stormwater management standards. This project also incorporates other unique amenities such as a community building, equestrian activities, and a trail system which connects to thousands of acres of pristine woodland.
