Scope Of Work

Eastwood Estates is a 28-lot residential subdivision which was permitted under a comprehensive permit (40B) in the town of Middleborough, MA. Sitting on 34 acres, Eastwood Estates has created a beautiful community with a common open recreation area, while preserving pristine views across some of the oldest cranberry bogs in the State. The project is served by individual private drinking water wells and a force main sewer system with a 9,990 gpd common septic facility. Access to the site was provided through the permitting of a wetland crossing utilizing dry stacked masonry retaining walls and a wetland replication design. The project is nearing completion as of 2010.
