Prime Engineering, Inc.

As Principal and Chief Engineer, Rich Rheaume oversees many of the firm's large, complex projects. He has nearly 40 years of design experience for a broad range of projects including residential, commercial, office, industrial, institutional, and municipal. Rich is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, and is also a Licensed Site Professional in Massachusetts. 

Mr. Perrotty is the Chief Surveyor for Prime Engineering, Inc. He is responsible for management of all aspects of commercial and residential survey projects, as well as providing support for Prime’s civil engineering and environmental divisions. Mr. Perrotty is responsible for property line, existing conditions and construction surveying throughout Massachusetts including document research, survey field crew supervision, survey computations and plan preparation. 

Sue has been in the Environmental Engineering field since 1988 and has been with Prime Engineering since 1997 and manages the Environmental Consulting Department. Her experience includes all phases and aspects of the MCP. Ms. Jason also has excellent working knowledge in related Massachusetts regulations including the MA Hazardous Waste Regulations, the MA Solid Waste Regulations, MA Wetland regulations, and the MA Environmental Policy Act Regulations (MEPA). She has also worked extensively with many Federal environmental regulations including the RCRA, CERCLA, and NPDES regulations.
