Our Story

Robayna and Associates, Inc. is a multidisciplinary Civil Engineering firm, providing professional Engineering, Land Planning and Surveying & Mapping services since 1981. They were founded with the philosophy that the client is the most important member of their team. This philosophy has been preserved throughout their existence, combined with their expertise, knowledge, and an innovative approach to the technological advances of today. The firm’s main areas of expertise are Land Development, Water and Sewer Design, Civil Engineering for Drainage and Stormwater Management, Environmental Engineering, Land Surveying, and Highway Design. 

The firm is certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) in Miami-Dade County, with the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), and with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).

Robayna and Associates, Inc. has successfully provided services in and for Miami-Dade County for over 40 years. Team members have been involved with the WASD Needs Assessment Program, FEMA/DORM Program, Design-Build Criteria Package Survey and Engineering Services for Governement Cut Tunnel Replacement, Miami-Dade County OCED Street Improvement and Beautification Projects. The firm has also worked on with a variety of site improvements projects for Miami-Dade County’s diverse departments and local agencies. Their professionals have successful dealings with all Miami-Dade County regulatory agencies, including WASD, DERM/RER, Transportation and Public Works, Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces.

Robayna and Associates has serviced the private sector in developing or redeveloping properties - Commericial, Industrial, and Resdential. The firm has worked with several national companies such as Univision Communications, Inc., Telemundo Communication Group, HBO Latin American Group, Vivex Biomedical, Inc., Curaleaf, Ozinga South Florida, Inc. On the same note, Robayna and Associates, Inc. has teamed up with leading developers such as Mountain Cove Homes, Lennar, Quantum, Related Group, Coastal, Florida East Coast and United Homes International.
