John M. O'Reilly has over 23 years of professional experience as an Engineer (Civil) and Land Surveyor. Mr. O'Reilly has worked as the project engineer and land surveyor in the design and construction of wastewater treatment systems, subsurface sewage disposal, public water supply, bridges, roadways, shore front protection, stormwater conveyance, stormwater infiltration systems, subdivision, Alta surveys, plot plans, and construction layout for residential, commercial and industrial site development. Mr. O’Reilly’s consultation expertise extends to wetland protection, environmental planning, construction layout and preparation and public representation of technical drawings and reports. Mr. O'Reilly is familiar with, and well versed in, the MA DEP regulations pertaining to subsurface sewage disposal [310 CMR 15.00], groundwater/surface water discharge [314 CMR 1.00-7.00], Public Water Supply [310 CMR 22.00], MEPA [301 CMR 11.00-12.00] and the Wetlands Protection Act [310 CMR 10.00].
