Critical Structures, Inc.

Critical Structures, Inc. (CSI) was established in 2009 in Anaheim, Orange County, California by Eric Stovner, S.E., LEED AP O+M to provide worldwide structural engineering services to the public and private sectors.

Also in 2009, Mr. Stovner acquired the structural engineering firm Breiholz Qazi Engineering, established by David Breiholz, P.E., SECB, in 1973, and located in Lomita, Los Angeles County.

Our mission is to build a company respected by its clients, peers and agencies, of which we enjoy being an integral part, in an environment where we can flourish professionally and personally.

We work hand-in-hand with our clients to understand your needs, with an eye to conserving your materials and financial resources, by providing innovative and creative solutions, and value to you. We have a reputation for responsiveness and trust. We are relationship-driven. As your structural Engineer, we will answer your phone calls and emails.

CSI is experienced in the successful engineering of new and existing structures, utilizing project-specific optimum systems and materials. Experience in materials includes cast-in-place concrete, prestressed and post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, cold-formed steel, tension structures, aluminum, light-framed wood and heavy timber.
