Kidron Electric, Inc.

Paul Neuenschwander, company founder and former president, began an electric wiring business in 1938. Paul started out with one vehicle, wiring houses and barns when electricity was relatively new in the community. Tilman (Til) Neuenschwander played a key role in the business, joining Paul during his High School years. In 1948 they formed the Kidron Electric Company that grew to include six departments - Appliance Sales, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Farm and Service. The company has employed as many as sixty employees at any one time. In early 1989, both Paul and Til retired from the company, however, their interest remains strong and they are used for specially assigned projects as needed. 

The company has grown a great deal since that time. The Board of Directors has structured a management team, consisting of Paul’s sons, Art and Ken. Currently, this leadership team has brought focus to designing and installing systems within five departments - Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, & Service.

Since 1938, Kidron Electric has established itself as a very solid and reputable company with a strong emphasis on our motto “FRIENDLY SERVICE”.
