Our Story

Cynergy Electric was incorporated April 25, 2002. The Company’s vision “To be the Leader in Providing Our Customer with Simple Solutions for Complicated Problems” was incubated in March 1961 when Titus Ashburn incorporated Modern Electric. The associates at Cynergy Electric believe this to be our ultimate goal. All of our employees are referred to as “Associates” because our guiding principles mandate that we uphold the good name and reputation for honesty and integrity that each and every Associate has exemplified over the years. We are part of a “culture” not just a company and consider our Associates to be our most valuable asset.

The principles of Cynergy have over 80 years combined experience in the industry. The basis for our experience has come from two companies, Modern Electric and Cynergy Electric. Both companies have excellent reputations in the industry. Modern Electric was incorporated in March 1961 by Titus Ashburn and merged with Primo Electric in July of 1999 and today is a corporation known only as Primo Electric. The founding member’s son David Ashburn was the president of Modern, Primo and now Cynergy Electric and evidence of this is provided herein. Modern Electric, a company in existence for over forty years, obtained the majority of experience in medium voltage, utility, specialty-millwright/rigging and switchgear projects. Cynergy Electric shares this same experience because the principles and most Associates of Modern are the same at Cynergy Electric. Evidence of this can be verified by reviewing the resumes’ of our key personnel. We believe that it’s the people that make the Company. Our Associates determine the continuing success of our Company and the Company depends on their skill and energy to provide quality services to our customers.
