Scope Of Work
Work on this project involved the renovation of a Historically Significant Building at the National Zoological Park. The Genetics-Propagation and attached Boiler Plant were constructed in the early 1930's. Enclosure improvements for these structures included roof replacement, skylight replacement, masonry pointing/repairs/cleaning, exterior sealant replacement, window and shutter replacement, the reconstruction of a flood wall and flood gate, asphalt paving, waterproofing, curb, gutter, and sidewalk replacement, and associated MEP work.
