Onsite Construction & Engineering, Inc. (OCEI) is a General Contracting Company based on the California central coast and has been in business since 2005 . OCEI was certified as an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Woman Owned Business in February of 2006, OCEI has successfully graduated from the 8(a) SBA program and is an Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Business. OCEI has grown from an office of three to a company with thirty eight employees. Our office specializes in Design Builds, New Construction, Full Scale Renovations, Alterations, Rehabilitation, and  Storm Water Preparations. We are capable of performing in-house work in five separate CSI division; Electrical: High & Low Voltage, Mechanical: HVAC & Plumbing, Carpentry, Concrete, and Painting.

OCEI employees have between ten and thirty plus years of experience working on federal, state, and municipal construction projects. These projects have included work on historical buildings, medical facilities, office buildings, museums, operations facilities, maintenance facilities, recreational facilities, educations facilities, military residential facilities, penal institutions, and site utilities (electrical underground and overhead high voltage, water, gas, and storm drains.)
