Mike Lease brings over 40 years of general contracting experience to Structures and Interiors. He entered the commercial construction industry in 1976 after serving in the United States Army.
Mike became an apprentice carpenter in 1976 and served a four-year apprenticeship. He was fortunate to work for several of the largest construction companies in Dallas and Fort Worth. At those companies he served in a wide range of positions, from carpenter to project manager.
Mike’s project experience ranges from simple tenant finish outs, multi-phased renovation projects and new construction of hospital and other medical facilities.
Mike is very active in the Grapevine, TX community. He has served on the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, served as president of the Grapevine Ambassadors Club from 2002-2003, served as president of the Grapevine AMBUCS Club from 2003-2004, and chairman of the Chamber of Commerce from 2006-2007.
Mike has served on the Grapevine City Council since 2007 on the Facilities Committee overseeing millions of dollars of annual municipal construction projects. He serves as council liaison to the Grapevine Heritage Foundation and the Grapevine Golf Course.
