Our Story

Harper Electrical Contractors Inc. Provides only the highest quality products and services to insure customer satisfaction.

Bart Harper's career started after college, going to work at the family business Rin Electric Service, run by his uncle, Nev Aicklen.  Going through an apprenticeship for electricians, he was promoted to a journeyman electrician, running small projects on his own.  A few years later, he was promoted to foreman running projects up to one million dollars.  After his uncle's passing, Bart began to take courses in estimating and business management and in 2000 he received his California Electrical Contractors License.

Since its inception, the company has continued its growth in size, recognition, and respect within the construction community.    

Our Mission

At Harper Electrical Contractors, Inc., our employees are our most important asset. We have a comprehensive training program designed to develop our current employees as well as our future employees. All electricians and apprentices we employ are State of California Licensed for our trade. We are a member in good standing with ABC's Southern Chapter they provide State approved Class room training for our Journeyman and Apprentice electricians. We are an open merit shop.

 

Safety

Safety is a major component in Harper Electrical Contractors Inc,s culture. Injuries can be prevented by eliminating potential risk factors. By addressing safety issues through education, risk awareness and on-site management.

In addition to on-site tailgate safety meetings, site specific safety training our employee's receive mandatory safety training by a credentialed CAL-OSHA trainers
