Scope Of Work
Scope of work included utilities, exterior and interior lighting, special systems (fire alarm, voice/data) and interior power. This facility, which won the prestigious MAME Award, houses the corporate offices of five affiliated companies as well as a full-service special event and banquet site. The 60,000 sq ft Design Center is a showcase for Trend Homes where new homeowners come to select upgrades and choose the accents that make their homes uniquely theirs. That makes special lighting critically important for matching colors and showing off lighting accessories. The computer programs that help homeowners visualize their selections drove the need for a complete voice-data network.
