Scope Of Work
To accommodate a growing business, Accelerated Contractors built a 43,000 square foot tilt-wall warehouse. The design incorporates office space for the sister companies’ offices and warehouse. The unique building layout incorporates a mezzanine over the offices that can be serviced by a forklift at 140 lbs per sq. ft., providing and additional 10,000 feet of warehouse storage. The location offers office and conference space, room for trucks to easily enter and load, and parking for employees and clients.
