Gary Mulcahy founded Mulcahy, Inc. in 1970. Today, Mulcahy Nickolaus is led by Brian Mulcahy and Tony Nickolaus and operates in the same fair and dependable style as when it was founded.

Our headquarters are located in Oakdale, MN and we offer services throughout the state of Minnesota and in Western Wisconsin, with local staff in St. Cloud, Rochester, and Duluth.

We possess the know-how, and equipment, to complete even the largest projects. We are able to assist in all phases of a project ­– planning, design development, budgetary, bidding, and construction, and our well-trained, dedicated team is committed to delivering nothing but the highest quality. We will work with you to get the job done right the first time.
