Pre Con Industries, Incorporated is certified under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program. The firm was admitted into the program in December 2004. Pre Con Industries, Inc. is a General Building Contractor, but also self-performs the following; metal stud framing, drywall, t-bar, insulation, stucco, and other finish type works. We have been in business for over 20 years with extensive experience in managing all types of construction.
