Scope Of Work
Nestled on an eight-acre site in the foothills of Altadena, MonteCedro is a nationally recognized Senior Living Center. SWS was selected to manufacture and install prefabricated light gauge structural frame (LGSF) panels. Additionally, our team completed BIM and design assistance for a turn-key solution.
SWS was selected to manufacture and install prefabricated light gauge structural frame (LGSF) panels for the Senior Living Facility, which offers 132 one and two bedroom apartment homes, 54 villa residences, 20 assisted-living residences as well as memory-support suites and coordinated in-home services. Additionally, our team completed BIM and design assistance for a turn-key solution.
