Scope Of Work
Located at the famous intersection of Hollywood and Vine Streets, the W Hollywood is a new 12-story, 305-room luxury hotel featuring the Drai’s Hollywood nightclub, the Delphine Eatery & Bar, and the Bliss Hollywood spa. Hotel amenities include the Station Hollywood bar with a 35’ movie screen, a rooftop pool, meeting space, and 3 levels of subterranean parking. The W Hollywood Residences is a 16-story, 143-unit luxury condominium tower with a sky bridge to the hotel. The project achieved a LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and received a GreenSite Award for its sustainable features.
