Our Story

Site Recovery is a full union shop with field personnel represented by Operating Engineers Local 150 and Laborers District Council of Chicago and Vicinity.

Since 1998 our simple philosophy is what drives our success: on every project, Site Recovery is dedicated to delivering quality service and value -- aimed at exceeding client expectations for performance, cooperation, safety, and integrity.

Site Recovery Services is a specialty contractor providing demolition services in the Chicagoland area, with a strong emphasis on "service". We perform both total building and selective / interior demolition work for a wide variety of commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential clients. We work with architects, general contractors, and directly with developers and facility owners.
