We specialize in all types of Demolition (structural, selective, interior, dismantlement/deconstruction, implosion, salvage, emergency response), Abatement (asbestos, lead & mold) and Environmental Remediation (UST removal, contaminated soil, etc) . O’ROURKE performs other services that may arise during the site preparation phase of a project such as asset recovery, recycling, excavation, rigging, shoring, general carpentry, painting, electrical and site cleaning.

Each O’ROURKE Superintendent must have a minimum of 10 years experience. The majority of them have 20 years and longer. By selecting O’ROURKE you will have a single point of contact giving you more control over your project and eliminating any duplication of effort when dealing with multiple contractors.
