Our Story

In this day and age you have many choices when it comes to choosing a site contractor. In our area many of our competitors have “branches” that they attempt to serve you with, Northeast Site Contractors ROOTS are firmly planted in Northeast Pennsylvania. Our ownership, management, and employees live and raise their families in our local community. Stopping for gas at one of the many Turkey Hill’s we have completed, picking up prescriptions at Walgreens, driving over “our” first bridge in Polk Township, shopping at Price Chopper in Marshalls Creek all bring us tremendous satisfaction. Living here and seeing our clients on a daily basis means we HAVE to do it better; we demand better of ourselves than “industry standard”.

Built on customer service and clients needs first, we strive to get involved with projects in the developmental stage. The earlier you bring our experienced management team into your project the more we can help by assisting your engineers with valuable, often cost saving advice, constructability reviews, budget preparation, aid with zoning issues, and securing permits. Having our team on board in the design phase, we are often able to save our clients considerable time and cost in the construction phase. From engineering reviews to the final landscaping of your site, Northeast Site Contractors strives to meet today’s demands for greater job site productivity without compromising quality or safety.

Diversified strength from the top down with the resources to complete complex, multi-million dollar projects has taken Northeast Site Contractors to a leadership role amongst our peers. Let our team show you how we can help you with your next project.

Based in East Stroudsburg (Pocono Mountains) but covering projects as far as Pittsburgh, Northeast Site Contractors has been proudly serving local communities for over a decade with site work involving demolition, excavation, utilities, concrete and paving.

In recent years, our company has evolved and now specializes in heavy highway projects, dam and spillway rehabilitation involving intricate custom concrete spillways, core walls and articulated block lining.

Pre-qualification as a prime contractor by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, as well as a very high bonding limit, have helped position us quite well in this competitive field...
