JS Company was created as a result of a joint venture between JS Hauling Co. and Jackson Pacific Inc.  With a working relationship of nearly ten years, both companies recognized the benefits of combining resources to become a highly competitive company in the greater bay area.  Licensing includes an “A” General Engineering, “C21” Building Moving and Demolition, “B” General Contractor, with an ASB endorsement for performing asbestos & lead abatement.  JS Company offers comprehensive services on projects including select or whole building demolition and the critical environmental abatement services that so often need to be integrated to provide a seamless operation.  With hundreds of satisfied clients in the San Francisco Bay Area J S Company is a local firm created and developed with only this market in mind, we are not a branch office of some large conglomerate corporation. JS performs both private and public works and can provide performance and payment bonds if required.
