Ana Henins was the Accounting Manager for Law Engineering and Environmental Services, ?Business Manager for Mactec Los Angeles, Irvine and Palm Springs. She helped create annual financial and marketing budgets. She helped build fee structures, reduce expenses and increased profit margins. She dealt with external pre and post financial audits by various municipal, state and federal entities for her offices. As Project Controls she helped PMs build complex multimillion dollar project budgets and schedules. As President of A&A Henins, she helped grew the company 205% within five years.
