index33At J.D. Fedele Construction Demolition, Inc. We have a strong background in commercial general construction. Structural issues of complex demolition projects are a common occurrence. We have done many delicate demolition projects. Like demolition projects each site construction project has its own list of demands. Being a small contractor we work hand and hand with our customers to coordinate and execute.

In response to the Philadelphia 2013 building collapse, the city established a series of classes to verify the quality of service provided for demolition. J.D. Fedele is Class A certified (the highest bond) and can handle any demolition project in Philadelphia.

J.D. Fedele’s staff has extensive experience in the demolition and construction business. Our staff’s expertise includes selective interior and exterior demolition, dismantling, structural implosion, tank removal, heavy concrete removal, dump truck services, equipment hauling, complete demolition, unit pavers, and much more. We understand what it takes to get the job done!

When it comes to demolition, we understand our customers anxiety. J.D. Fedele has a proven track record of protecting customer’s assets and completing projects in a timely manner. We work closely with our clients to return their properties to functional use as quickly and efficiently as possible. All the while maintaining ongoing and professional relationships with our clients.

Before any demolition work begins, J.D. Fedele takes the necessary precautions to protect your building. These precautions include but are not limited to asbestos abatement, removing hazardous or regulated materials, obtaining necessary permits, submitting necessary notifications, disconnecting utilities, rodent baiting, and development of site specific safety and work plans.

J.D. Fedele defined safety practices protect your property and staff associated with our work. We train our staff to recognize hazardous material uncovered during the construction and/or demolition process. We take the proper and necessary steps to limit exposure and residual effects. Finally, we work closely with business partners that we can recommend to take care of hazardous material remediation.
