I'm originally from north carolina ...and I pull an enclosed trailer back and forth .... from there to brick nj ... I needed two tires ... first off I couldn't even find rim and tire combos in brick .... so I called here and the nice lady gave me a quote ...well ...I knew it sounded like a cheap price ....so I went right away and picked up two ....Bill helped me ..and was very helpful on some questions I had about the trailer .... when I got to the counter to pay ...he gave me another price ...I said to him that wasn't the quote she gave me ..... well he made it right ....he HONORED the quote eventhough it was much less ....it was his cost ....so he added a little to it and let me have them for that ...... goodness is found wherever you go ....and I found good there today .....and I will shop there again ...... thanks to both of you , Danny .

I priced a dump trailer at another NJ trailer place. They were ready to sell it to me and I left a deposit. I checked with HECHT and found out that it was all wrong for me. I had too small of a truck for the one I almost bought. The other guys didn't care. Hecht did and took alot of time with me to make sure I was getting the right trailer. Bottom line, I got my deposit back from the other guys and bought from hecht. They are true experts!
I had purchased a tow dolly from Hecht Trailers, that in itself was a great experience but the customer service when i would bring it in for service was fantastic. They would show me how to be safe with my product, my hat is off to them.
