I wanted to express my gratitude on a job well done by your team. Apart from 1 unit that was an issue in the field, we rigged/set all of our equipment this week in 3 days in lieu of the 4 days predicted. I have used your firm for the last 10 years on my last 4 projects and have always been satisfied with your commitment to safety, execution and customer satisfaction. Digging and Rigging is my crane service of choice.

Just wanted to drop a line to you and let you know how everything went with the crane. First off let me say thank you for the professionalism and all the help you provided in this process. The crane worked out perfectly and everything went as smooth as expected. The operator was on time both days and was extremely precise when it came time to actually picking and placing all of the materials. Digging and Rigging definitely held up the reputation with us for this project and all of the good things we’ve heard from other companies whom you have worked with. So hats off to you guys and all the hard work, you definitely made our jobs easier. So for the future I will be calling on you for any crane usage we may need, which isn’t a great deal, but it is still nice to know that we have someone to rely on to get the job done.

Tom, Everything went great with the lift. Adam your crane operator was exceptional. Not only was he aware of the safety but always was looking ahead to keep things moving with the incoming materials. Even when the material could not be lifted in place he was un loading the trucks and setting the materials to the side to keep the job open and moving freely. Very impressed and one of the smoothest lifts I have done with such little time to prepare. I don’t think it would have went as smooth if it was not for him. Other than the crane scheduling issues which were minor I was very pleased with the service and the crane operator. I hope to work with you both more in the future. Again Adam is top notch in my book. Thanks again for accommodating our short notice.

I had the pleasure of using a Digging and Rigging 150T crane assist in loading precast concrete panels. I would like to thank Digging and Rigging for their assistance in this process. In particular I would like to thank Josh Smith, the cranes operator. Josh stuck with my crew switching from night to day shift, work 12 to 16 hour days without notice, moving and resetting his crane some times 6 times a day, and all at a facility that was hostile to our presence. Josh always remained professional and courteous even with facility managers demanding additional setups and moves to accommodate their ever changing rules and requirements. Thank you for your hard work.

Please extend my thanks and good accolades to your team.  All the trucks made it with zero issues, brush damage, and even extremely clean trucks!  I was completely impressed with the quality and professionalism of your team.  Please keep up the great work!  We still have 56 more deliveries to do!

Digging & Rigging is TOP-NOTCH. We recently used them for a job that involved replacing a large substation transformer. The location was very tight and there were some many variables to juggle. These guys were so smooth and everything went extremely well. I would highly recommend them. Good Well Done - thank you D&R!

This is the second complicated job I have had Digging & Rigging do for me. They handled the permitting process as well as the crane. The permit for the road closure was issued for 9 PM Saturday to 9 AM Sunday. The team arrived on time and set up the crane in record time and flawlessly executed their plan to take off a 14,000 lb generator off the roof of a 12 story building and set a new 9,000 lb generator up on the roof. I really enjoy working with their team and will definitely do jobs with them in the future as well.

I wanted to thank you and your team for the mechanical equipment, tower, pumps, heat exchanger removal. You guys provided us with a 110 ton. Pick went smooth without any issues. Curtis (operator) and Bryce (truck driver and signal) even jumped in and helped us skate it into the building. This is the third straight project we've used your rigging services, all being a huge success. As building chief engineer I find tremendous value in using the Rigging & Digging service along with the crane. Everyone showed up with crane and truck with every imaginable thing needed to do the job along with expert knowledge. We will continue to use this service on future projects. I will also push with other foreman and project managers.

WOW is all I can say...if I could give this a 10 star rating I would...My company is located in Cookeville, TN and we were in need of a company that could handle the rigging and loading of a very delicate laser located in Carmicheals, PA. I'm posting this review as it was because of another happy customer I choose to go with D&R!!! I can't say enough about our representative Slanz. He truly went above and beyond of what was expected of him. On the day of the load out the company that was booked for the transport failed to show up. I put a call into Slanz hoping he might have some suggestions for a replacement trucking company. And, sure enough within an hour I had secured trucking to transport our laser down to TN. Now that's what I call amazing customer service. Where do i start...Lets start with they took my old laser out perfectly and came back in 3 weeks and rigged in another bigger one.The crew is professional and you can tell they enjoy what they do.When you pick up a half a million dollar machine and swing it 20 ft over head you need this company.Best I've seen.
