Description: Grand Rapids was the first partnership between the Houlihan’s Restaurant Group and CD Barnes Construction. CD Barnes completed this 5,300 SF, single-story, slab-on-grade restaurant in just ten weeks! The modern day restaurant is nestled among many boutique-type shops in an upscale neighborhood by Breton Village Mall.
Following the successful completion of this location, Houlihan’s again asked CD Barnes to partner with them, this time on their Upper Arlington location just outside of Columbus, Ohio.
