Scope Of Work

Located in Midland, Texas, the Vineyard Office Park Program consists of three tiltwall, structural steel office buildings with a combined 247,000 square-feet and a 55,000 square-foot, cast-in-place below grade parking garage. The three office buildings feature notable elements such as Carmel limestone veneer, standing seam awnings and wood-paneled, limestone accented lobby atriums with decorative steel railings, travertine flooring and frameless glass doors. Site amenities include courtyards with ornamental steel trellises, extensive climate-specific landscaping and multiple hardscape components.
