The Shorehaven Elementary project consists of 19,840 square feet of additions and renovations to one of Garland Independent School District's existing campuses. Project specifics include the school's cafeteria, administration area, computer lab, library, music room, and classrooms, as well as a kitchen remodel. Building construction consists of structural steel, slab on metal desk, crawl space, and single-story masonry with built-up roofing.
