Scope Of Work
Located on a site once occupied by the Naval Air Warfare Center, the 50,000-square-foot Vertical Screen corporate headquarters features advanced green technologies to achieve LEED Platinum.
Energy-saving features include a geothermal HVAC system, a 900-panel solar array incorporated into the curved roof to provide approximately 20 percent of the building’s energy requirements, a rain harvesting system to flush toilets and irrigate the grounds, and a sophisticated LED lighting and daylight harvesting system.
