Scope Of Work
Unique to the building is the predominate use of Green Construction materials from the translucent polycarbonate panels on the skin of the building to the clear bomanite floor covering located down the public corridors. The building has 34 documented and approved points, which gave it a LEED Silver Certification. Along with the scheduling skills required for a typical project of this type, the management skills to track and monitor the LEED requirements was implemented at great success. .
