Scope Of Work

D&J held the general trades contract for this school with a construction manager and several other prime contractors for the balance of the work. Our scope of work included excavation and utilities, paving, concrete, masonry, structural and decorative steel, interiors, painting, floor covering, casework, aluminum windows and doors, painting as well as Other accessories. The building structure is typical masonry bearing walls with a precast concrete slab for the second floor. The roof framing was steel or masonry bearing joist and deck with the exception of the stage/music classroom which was for sound control.
