Scope Of Work
Crossroads Logistics Center, a warehouse facility built by QEI Construction Group, LLC, was constructed over an area that currently has a high pressure UGI gas line that had to be relocated. A Met Ed electrical line, also relocated, was raised on the north end of the building to accommodate the elevation change caused by the construction. This new 36’ high building also features a concrete tilt up panel exterior and ESFR Sprinkler system.
