Scope Of Work
The Pacific Grove Hospital renovation was a calculated plan to reclassify the existing space to meet safety standards required for OSHPD 5150 lockdown status. This 6,720 sq. ft., 28-bed, renovation consisted of a fire alarm system upgrade, in conjunction with a sophisticated access control system which fully controls the egress of patients and staff to their new reclassified hospital wing. This facility now drastically increases the ability of Pacific Grove Hospital to serve the needs of the community while they embark on constructing a new facility.
