Scope Of Work
KEO successfully completed a Design-Build of Mallett Playground for the City of Detroit Recreational Department. The rebirth of Mallett Playground was accomplished by elimination and replacement of blighted and deteriorated structures with new, safe structures.
Installation of new park amenities included new concrete sidewalks, site furnishings, basketball court, ornamental fence, playground area with rubber surfacing, landscaping, softball diamond, five-foot asphalt path, tennis courts, concrete wheel stop and new berm with grass, as well as extensive site restoration work.
