Frederick Niehoff's Bio
Fred joined the Warner team in 1988 following ten highly successful years in public and corporate accounting, culminating in his role in Marriott’s Corporate Finance Department, where he handled the fixed asset accounting for their Courtyard and Howard Johnson product lines. In his role as CFO, Fred is responsible for overall finance and administration of R.W. Warner and all of their operating Divisions. Fred is credited with leading R.W. Warner’s efforts to grow its bonding capacity through the implementation of industry leading job accounting methods. Fred is a graduate of The American University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Justin Cassity's Bio
Justin joined the Warner Construction team in November 2015 possessing over 18 years of construction experience. Justin’s expertise comes from managing all phases of the construction process for a wide variety of projects in the Washington DC metropolitan area, which have a combined total of over 3.8 million square feet and 431 million dollars.
In his present position at Warner Construction, Justin is responsible for business development, preconstruction, estimating and marketing. After projects are awarded and move from the estimating and preconstruction phase, Justin’s responsibilities include overseeing those projects from commencement through completion and he will remain as the client liaison.
Prior to joining the Warner Construction team, Justin was with another leading contractor in the Washington DC area for 18 years where he served as a Senior Project Manager and the chairman for their Project Management Training Committee. His responsibilities included overseeing all functions of the pre-construction, construction, and project close-out process at an executive level.
Justin graduated from Bradley University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
Matthew Louden's Bio
Matt joined Warner Construction in 2018 as a Project Executive, responsible for monitoring all projects and ensuring achievement of cost and revenue objectives on both the project and company level. He was also integral in business development by networking with clients, owners, and subcontractors to develop new partnerships and maintain existing relationships. Matt also served as a project manager on several projects for some of Warner Construction’s most important clients. Prior to joining Warner Construction Matt gained experience as a commercial construction superintendent working high profile projects for one of the top 50 GC’s in the U.S. Immediately prior to joining the Warner family, Matt worked for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, where he was successful in both homebuilding operations and sales. Matt has degrees from Virginia Tech (B.S., 2006) and The American University (MBA, 2011).
Matthew Warner's Bio
Matt began his career in the family business, working part time while still in college. After earning his Business and Finance Degree from Mount St. Mary’s University in 1988, he joined the firm full time and has held positions at nearly all levels within the company, including Foreman, Project Manager, and General Manager, before being named as President in 1998. Under his leadership, the company has optimized its levels of service and quality through the use of state?of?the?art technology, corporate entity development (including the reorganization of Warner Construction), and other enhancements that have enabled the divisions to focus more precisely on serving their respective clients and customers to the fullest. Matt currently sits on the Board of Directors of Blue Ridge Bank, State of Maryland HVACR, and the Trinity School.
Ronald Main's Bio
Ron has nearly 30 years of professional experience in the construction industry. As COO, his responsibilities include ensuring that the company has organized growth throughout its four divisions, and is accountable for developing, implementing, and managing all operational programs. He also partners with the CFO to coordinate and direct information technologies, corporate communications, and review the annual budget with the CEO. Ron’s previous experience comes from some of the top ENR firms located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. His career has spanned all positions from Assistant Superintendent up through Senior Project Manager and President of Warner Construction. Ron has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Maryland and has been personally involved in projects in excess of $100 million.

Joseph Frank's Bio
Joe brings over 26 years of accounting experience to the company, 23 of which are in the construction industry. Hired in 1989 as a Senior Accountant, Joe was instrumental in the development and implementation of the company’s accounting and information systems, necessary to grow R.W. Warner’s multi-divisional enterprise with numerous intercompany transactions. Joe continues to be responsible for daily oversight and management of the accounting department, and for all accounting systems integration and reporting for each division. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Joe is a graduate of both West Virginia Wesleyan College and the University of Maryland.
