Prior to the inception of Constantine Commercial Construction, Inc. in April 1988, Michael began his construction career with a local contractor. His thirteen year tenure with this firm saw his quick progression from Project Clerk to Project Manager and finally the position of Executive Vice President.
With over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, and completion of over 6 million square feet of tenant improvements, along with his strong leadership skills and demand for client satisfaction, Michael has placed Constantine Commercial as a leader in the industry.
The best testament of his dedication to complete projects on time and within budget can be further realized by the impressive list of repeat and satisfied clients. These clients include, but are not limited to, Deutsche Bank/Alex. Brown; Greenebaum and Rose Associates; Legg Mason Wood Walker; Ober, Kaler, Grimes and Shriver; Miles & Stockbridge; and Colliers Pinkard, to name just a few.
Michael has worked with several schools in the community on a pro-bono basis. He has assisted with Construction Management services for the St. Francis Academy Athletic Center, the Notre Dame Preparatory School Athletic Center as well as Calvert Hall College Education Building.
As Chair of the Buildings and Grounds Committee for Notre Dame Prep, he developed a ten-year Building Maintenance Program. This plan allows for future Board Members to implement the many necessary steps, and budgetary considerations essential to maintaining the high levels associated with the School.
He is also active in several Associations including Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and an Associated Member of the local AIA Chapter.
