Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the wood frame construction of a one-story Pizza Hut Restaurant. The exterior of the building as brick veneer with standing seam roofing and EIFS accents. The interior of the building consists of a ceramic tile kitchen, dining room of brick with oak crown mouldings and oak trim.
This restaurant was the first time Pizza Hut has deviated from their standard building plans to create a Bistro style restaurant. An expanded new menu and facility has quickly become a standout in the town of Westminster and draws a much larger audience than their other type facility.
The project was completed in approximately four months, during the winter-spring season.
