Scope Of Work
Construction of a 1,600,000 SF football stadium with 70,000 seats for the Baltimore Ravens. The concrete structure includes natural turf, brick and glass exterior, and 10 passenger and two freight elevators. Concession areas feature:
• Stainless steel countertops and tables
• Ceramic tile and epoxy painted walls
• Sealed concrete floors
• Perforated metal arched ceilings
Featured bars have concrete countertops and hardwood floors. Suites have carpet floors, kitchenettes, ACT, terrazzo and wainscot.
