Scope Of Work
Blach recently performed construction management services for the Milpitas Unified School District’s Measure E Bond Program, including more than $11M in new construction and modernization for the District between 2012 and 2014.
These projects included a new modular multi-purpose building at Marshall Pomeroy Elementary School and modernization programs at Rancho Middle School, Sinnott Elementary School and Russell Middle School, which provided the campuses with more modernized facilities, including locker room upgrades, new carpet, sitework and MEP system upgrades.
In addition, work at Pomeroy Elementary School and Russell Middle School included 21st Century Learning Centers on each site.
