Scope Of Work
Blach completed a 10,000 sq.ft. headquarters in Los Altos for the Heising-Simons Foundation. The tenant improvement project, located in a new building at 400 Main Street, includes offices, conference rooms and common areas, as well as upgrades to existing building mechanical systems.
Blach collaborated with long-time design partner Hawley Peterson Snyder Architects for the highly sustainable project.
Established in 2007 by Mark Heising and Elizabeth Simons, the Heising-Simons Foundation is dedicated to advancing sustainable solutions in the environment, supporting groundbreaking research in science, and enhancing the education of children.
