Scope Of Work
Provide General Contracting Services for an expansion of an existing SDGE microwave building. Building construction consisted of concrete foundation, masonry block building, cast-in-place concrete roof, new 4 ply roofing, redundant 4-ton HVAC units and associated ductwork, new 150 Amp power supply panel with upgrades to existing emergency power panel, hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware, security door locks, paint, patch existing asphalt parking lot and striping, landscape surrounding area and purchase and install new 30KW diesel emergency generator and switching equipment. Also included was the rotation of existing 30KW generator which services main admin building and service garage.
