85,000-sq. ft. 20-plex state of the art theatre located at the new Chandler Fashion Center (Hwy. 101 & Chandler Blvd.) Chandler, AZ. This theatre houses the southwest's 1st In-Theatre Child Playcenter and has stadium seating in all 20 screens.
Since 1990, this client has negotiated projects throughout various locations with Double AA Builders completing over 190 screens ranging from tenant improvements through new facilities. Construction type has been from masonry, concrete tilt, wood framing and steel framing
