Scope Of Work
Interior construction for high-street retailer on Chicago’s Oak Street. Project included 11,000 S.F. build out of sales floor and back of house space on three floors plus a basement. Build out included high end finishes, custom millwork and custom terrazzo imported from Portugal on the first floor and in a custom stairwell. Also included an exterior curtain wall system covering the entire front of the building. Project involved close coordination on design elements with COS representatives in London.
