Scope Of Work
2,556 square foot convenience store with thin brick veneer. 2,884 square foot car wash with 961 square foot penthouse. 2nd floor equipment room, full tunnel, car wash conveyor friction car wash, 7 dispenser canopy, all concrete yard and storm trap precast concrete underground detention system. Built through winter conditions with temporary building tenting and insulated concrete blankets for yard work.
