D.J. Maltese Corp.

The D.J. Maltese family recently celebrated seventy three years in the construction industry. The company evolved from a small plastering firm in 1946 into one of Detroit’s largest plastering firms in the 1950s and 1960s to a General Contracting firm in the 1960s and 1970s to a mid-sized Construction Management firm of the 1980s and 1990s. Over the course of the last sixteen years their work has focused on design-build and construction management of quality commercial and residential projects. Maltese Construction LLC is a Michigan Limited Liability Corporation in the practice of Construction Services including design-build, construction management, consulting, and building. The firm was established by Dominic J. Maltese in 1946. Dominic J. Maltese, Jr. and Joseph Maltese became very active in the firm in the early 1970s and took over the management and operations of the firm. We are proud to say we have a long track record of satisfied customers (more than 1,700). Much of our work comes from repeat customers and “word of mouth.”  Today D. J. Maltese completes most of their projects as a Design-Build and Construction Management delivery systems., Also, the they handle complete development of projects.
