Nasco Construction Services Inc. is a construction cost consulting firm that specializes in preparing cost estimates for all construction disciplines at all stages of design as well as other construction consulting services. We have over 50 years of estimating experience in all areas of construction including renovation, restoration, rehabilitation, and new construction. Nasco regularly estimates over 300 projects per year, covering a wide variety of building and heavy construction types.

Our staff has had significant experience in the employ of contractors and design firms both nationally and internationally, giving us a blend of design and construction vantage points.

Because of this experience we are able to translate their market place experience into accurate reliable cost estimates.

We have been in operation since 1992 (succeeding the predecessor firm of Nasco Associates Inc. which was started in 1966) during which time we have had extensive estimating experience in virtually all phases of Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Vertical Transportation, and Hazardous Materials..

We are completely computerized utilizing various computer software including Planswift for take-offs, Timberline & Success Estimating, Primavera, Math Tools, Pay Dirt and Excel.
