As Certified Professional Estimators (CPE), CDT, LEED AP and  Value Method Associate (VMA), we bring professionalism to a higher level. With over 25 yrs of estimating expertise and billions of dollars estimated and built, we have experience and knowledge that is hard to find.

Our Team comprises of our core group which is Preconstruction Services, but includes sub sets of  architects, engineers, interior designers, discipline specific MEP professionals, and many others.

Construction Management is also offered. Fire Sprinkler evaluation, design reviews and costing.

One critical service that we provide that is rather unique in precon services  is true Value Engineering which is santioned by SAVE International. This is not a GC estimator saying we can save money but rather a real Value Engineering Study, which you must have SAVE credentials to perform.

Our experiences are International in scope with the USA and specifically Florida as the main area.
